Experience
Jay spent over 12 years working in the British Army, with specialist rapid deployment regiments all over the world. Subsequently has enjoyed a successful career in both the Corporate and Charity sectors. Prior to turning to entrepreneurship by either buying, acquiring or setting up four of his own businesses. This putting him in a unique position to deal with both contemporary and complex business challenges.
