For over 12 years, I served both Queen and Country in a specialist Rapid Deployment Regiment within the British Armed Forces. Regarded across the globe as one of the most professional fighting forces in the world.
It’s not by being the biggest, or having the best equipment! So, how is it that The British Army Forces have developed and maintain such a status?
Having originally studied Psychology within my formative education, I have an exceptional interest in both communication and human behaviour. Not only the spoken word, but both verbal and non-verbal communication in its many forms and how this influences an others action and reaction. I also love watching people. Observing ‘life’ as it goes by. With all the hustle and bustle of people as they hurry about their busy lives. And everytime I do, they leave clues!
From here, I began to study Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). To understand the pathways between both conscious and subconscious thought, and how these can be reviewed, monitored, managed, and if we are not careful MANIPULATED!

I loved the definition of what an entrepreneur is, and made me consider if I’m an Entrepreneur or a Business Owner!
