Having read Marcus Sheridan’s book: They ask, you answer I immediately got it, and got to work…
Whenever I’m asked a question, I respond to it directly to the person asking, and then add it to my FAQ’s page!
Please take a moment to read through, I’m sure you’ll find some you have already thought to ask, and others you may not ever have thought of, or considered asking!
And, if by chance you haven’t had all your questions answered, simply book a call, I’d be only too happy to chat things through with you, answer all of your questions (and if I may, add them to our FAQ!)
About Jay (4)
Jay Allen is potentially your next motivational speaker?
Jay Allen is a former Rapid Deployment Soldier within the British Army.
Who, after medical discharge; has gone on to initially work at boardroom level with some of the largest companies on the UK high street, and within Change Management within the Public Sector. I initially studied sociology, with a particular interest in Communication and Human Behaviour.
I subsequently turned my attention to serving my country (as a means of learning my own limits and what I could achieve). And so transferred to studying emergency medical science. And Subsequently served as an Advanced Trauma Medic alongside a number of specialist Rapid Deployment Regiments on operational commitments all over the world between 1991 and 2003.
In 2003, I was Medically discharged from the British Army, diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I am extremely fortunate to have had the support and treatment to address this, and proud to share I now very successfully manage this well.
Since then, have worked at boardroom level with some of the largest brands on the high street. Worked in Change Management within the Pubic Sector (managing a team circa 1,400) prior to setting out as an Entrepreneur.
Within this exciting role, I have either bought, acquired or set up 4 of my own businesses. Scaled and exited TWICE, and now work as an international speaker (sharing my research into FAIL to SCALE), Business SCALE Mentor, and published Business Author.
A little snippet of some of my achievements:
I originally qualified as a social worker before joining the British Army.
I served my country as a Rapid Deployment Advanced Trauma Medic, serving in military combat all over the world whilst supporting specialist front line deployment regiments.

Becoming a professional speaker in 2011, and an international speaker (winning my first global speaking award) in 2013.
