Just a few of the kind words shared by those I’ve had the privilege to share time and thoughts with:

Over the course of one masterclass, Jay has absolutely blown my mind. He has such a different way of thinking. I’ve taken away so much but am really going to take time to think about how to implement even one or two of the many golden nuggets he shared, which I know each and every one will make a huge different to me and my business.

Jay is a gifted speaker and presenter whom I have had the pleasure to hear on several occasions, and I can recommend him with confidence.

Jay Allen has me in tears, and he had hardly begun
I only wish I’d met and listened to Jay 20 years ago. Within minutes of walking onto stage I knew he had been sent to speak to me! Every word he said resonated SO much with me right now, I was in tears as I realised all the errors I’ve been making within my business! He even stopped and offered me his handkerchief. By the end of the presentation he received an ovation, as EVERYONE in the auditorium recognised how much he had borne his soul as he shared his own harrowing journey to show us how silver linings are in the centre of every grey cloud. – Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Jay recently spoke at an event I hosted as part of Global Entrepreneurship Week. His speech immediately captured the audience, as he carefully guided them on a journey of self discovery. It was truly an amazing presentation, filled with emotion, enthusiasm and MANY easy to use ‘take aways’ for us to implement. He gave an ‘above and beyond presentation from start to finish and the effect he had on everyone present was almost hypnotic, enabling people to realise their own goals, current hurdles and most importantly how to smash through them to achieve.

Jay’s unique presentations draw on his military experience and relate them back to the business situations we all face daily with exceptional clarity and a strong motivational call to action.

Allen is as motivating on stage and he was motivated to succeed within my Regiment. He has intrinsically linked the success we shared in Bosnia & Kosovo, with the success he is now demonstrating within his own business. Having recently presented his ‘Battlefield2Boardroom’ speech to both Junior Officers & Senior Non-Commissioned Officers as part of a resettlement conference, his understanding and humorous interpretation of transferable and non-transferable skills was the highlight of the entire event – Well done

I’ve just finished hearing Jay Allen deliver his Get Big or Go Home speech at the London ExCel Arena.
Deposit more than you Debit into the emotional bank balance
REALLY spoke to me and my business right now. I’m going to develop a game called U.N. Bingo as a result of Jay’s last slide, it really did make me think. We think we’re doing good in our business but are we really doing good? I love the suggestion of unlimited holidays – but can we really do that?…

Having had the privilege of hearing Jay a number of times, I can say unreservedly he is one of the greatest, most inspiring and thought provoking people I have ever met. From the moment he enters stage, he gets you in the palm of his hands and keeps you there transfixed as he moves you to another level – a truly professional, honest and no nonsense guy. You must see it to believe it. He is without doubt up there with the best.

Jay delivered an amazing keynote speech at the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants conference. The whole room listened to a awe inspiring but very humble account which chartered his journey from “Battlefield to Boardroom”. It was a very engaging presentation, humorous but very thought provoking with lots of great nuggets of information on why focus, drive, planning is important, but also the need to continually survey your surrounding and watch out for those curved balls, catch them, learn from them and move on.

Jay’s Masterclass entitled GET BIG or Go Home, has turned the way we grade our customers on its head. I want to focus on building our raving fans and so grateful he shared how to accomplish this. It was insightful, engaging, very educational and most revealing. I’d recommend it to anyone serious about building long term relations with their clients.

I recently attended one of Jay’s highly interactive masterclasses, and was literally blown away with the emotion, connectivity and openness from Jay. I’ve seen many speakers, but non quite as open and honest about their own lives to demonstrate the transformation which unfolds. My colleagues and I really enjoyed the day, got far more than we had envisaged, and are now busy working on applying our learnings for the greater benefit of all.

Just completed the GET BIG or Go Home Masterclass with Jay. “I loved it” – The final UN slide really resonated with me. We are a Social Communications company but I think we need to think bigger on how we impact some of the significant challenges facing the world. – Jay was engaging, very well prepared and willing to provide the help and support, tailoring his content to each person on the course, exceptional.

I have had the pleasure of hearing Jay Allen as keynote speaker and presenter on a number of occasions and subsequently booked him to speak at several Regional events & 2 National Events (National Annual Conference 2013 & 2015). Whilst each event has had a very different audience, both in regard to size and profession; attendees at all events have reported to find him ‘both highly informative and utterly inspirational’. Jay is great fun and very easy to work with and a great contact to have!

I loved the definition of what an entrepreneur is, and made me consider if I’m an Entrepreneur or a Business Owner! There was SO much great stuff Jay shared, I’m going to mull on that and not be as concerned about how people perceive me. I thoroughly recommend Jay to anyone looking to SCALE their business.

I’ve heard some speakers in my time, and Jay was up there with the best
In all my years attending workshops, webinars, conferences and the likes, I can count on one hand the amount of speakers I’ve hard that have captivated an entire audience from start to finish. That takes some doing, and Jay did it seamlessly.

I have worked with Jay many times over the past 3 years. In all my dealings with him, his commitment, enthusiasm, understanding of requirement, delivery and support have been first class. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to speak at any event, and wish him every continued success
